why add yoga to your workout routine?…

EWB’s yoga classes are designed to compliment athletic training by improving balance, flexibility, and breath awareness. It offers an opportunity to incorporate mindfulness into your routine. Classes will highlight specific muscle groups as well as target deep connective tissue to release into poses. In addition to toning and opening up the body, breath techniques will be utilized to de-stress and calm the nervous system.
