All sessions start with a proper warmup,  advancing into a movement and strength phase, ending with a relaxing stretch portion.  Whether it's group or one-on-one training, we've got that body covered, utilizing today's top modalities to get you into your best shape, yet!

This class is highly recommended for beginners & people looking for a slower paced class, but don't let that fool you! The muscles will get fatigued and the stretching will allow for better mechanics,  enhancing better movement patterns, safely increasing resistance.

EWB's Group classes are all about camaraderie, community and connection

These one-hour classes are designed to utilize both timed interval and circuit-style training (groupings of exercises executed in succession, known as HIIT) with body weight, medicine ball, resistance band, kettlebell, TRX & balance exercises. 

Learn how to stimulate your body's calorie-burning, muscle-activating, energy-producing abilities with today's most up-to-date exercises and training modalities.

Group classes are limited to 12 people to allow for attention to each participant. Please register in advance for all classes to reserve your spot!

Why add yoga to your workout routine?

EWB’s yoga classes are designed to compliment athletic training by improving balance, flexibility, and breath awareness. It offers an opportunity to incorporate mindfulness into your routine. Classes will highlight specific muscle groups as well as target deep connective tissue to release into poses. In addition to toning and opening up the body, breath techniques will be utilized to de-stress and calm the nervous system.
