6 weeks of wholeness & healing…

We're excited to announce our upcoming body-based (somatic) meditation classes with Brad Maybury and Alan Marshall. Different from regular mindfulness meditation, this practice takes you deep into your true nature, where you experience connection, wholeness, healing and calm. You then learn to release blocks (traumas) in the body that hold you back. By the end of this 6 week session, you'll become more attuned to your authentic self and live more wholeheartedly.
