EWB's Group classes are all about camaraderie, community and connection

These one-hour classes are designed to utilize both timed interval and circuit-style training (groupings of exercises executed in succession, known as HIIT) with body weight, medicine ball, resistance band, kettlebell, TRX & balance exercises. 

Learn how to stimulate your body's calorie-burning, muscle-activating, energy-producing abilities with today's most up-to-date exercises and training modalities.

Group classes are limited to 12 participants to allow enough room for movement and comfort. Please register in advance for all classes to reserve your spot!

Beginners are advised to take the first 2-4 weeks at a slow and controlled pace to master the movements and get acclimated to the demands placed on the body.
